 Bill Inserts
o Sign up for:
 10Mb Internet receive a $10 bill credit for three months
 Sign up for SkitterTV receive three free months of whole home
DVR.
 Sent out Wire Maintenance insert. Pricing and advantages for
basic and whole home wire maintenance.
 Documentation
o Completed documentation for new web-site.

 Throwback Thursday (fun photos of old communication information)
 Promotional information

o Updated with promotions.
 Literature Racks
o Added more literature racks to the front walls.
 Follow ups
o When a customer inquiries on services send out a thank you card with
information on the services they inquire about. Also, send some
promotional items, (pen, and notepad).
o Have made reminders on personal calendar to call customers a week after
they inquire on services to see if they are still interested.

 60th Anniversary
o Working with Gladys to get samples and pricing for items for our 60th
Anniversary and customer appreciation picnic. We are doing cost
comparison to make sure we get the best value for our money. Created a
spreadsheet to keep track of pricing to help decide what items would be
best.

Thoughts:
February’s Sweet Deals promotion with the cash giveaway for services had a better
response then previous promotions. We even had a “contract”, of 6 months if the
customer received cash. We did not have any customer backlash regarding the
contractual agreement.
Below are Sales history for new customers, (SkitterTV), reconnects, (over a year old),
and upgrades, (internet).
