LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
To whom it may concern,
I would like to take the opportunity to offer an official recommendation for Mr. Ng Chen Kiat
(Jackie) as Senior Electrical Engineer of Jentrikon Perunding Sdn Bhd since year 2013. I have
known Jackie for the past 4 years and I feel that he is a deserving candidate for the post of
managerial level position.
ln his past 6 years of tenure with the company, his job scope is mainly involving in design,
contract administration and construction management. He is specializing in the following
engineering fields: -
Meanwhile, he is also responsible in managing and coordinating on mechanical services
throughout the project progress.
Jackie joined the company 6 years back as a junior electrical engineer; with his immense
knowledge, positive and pro-active attitude over the task and subject assigned to him, he then
gained the position of a Senior Electrical Engineer in the team just after four (4) years. And soon
after he was promoted as team leader or lead engineer. He is playing the role as key person by
leading a group of mechanical and electrical engineers to handle any project assigned to him. He
has always been an enthusiastic, inspiring and motivating leader in the group. He has strong
dedication and takes incredible initiative to complete his task effectively and efficienfly.
Jackie is always willing offer his assistance and had an excellent rapport with the many
constituents served by our office including our clients, employers and other professional project
team players. I strongly believe that he would be an asset to any employer.
I had the pleasure of working together with Jackie. His perseverance and tenacity as the lead
engineer in our company significantly distinguished him from others. I believe that Jackie has all
the abilities and qualities which are required for any position related to technical or managerial
