To Whom It May Concern,
John Tsiantos worked for me as an hourly manager for 8 years after transferring to Charlotte with Chili’s to
continue an already impressive 8-year career with the company. I honestly can’t say enough about John as
a person or as a team member. John worked as an hourly manager so he could juggle 2 careers, which he
did very successfully. I could call John anytime and send him to any of the Charlotte area Chili’s locations
and he would go and give the same dedication regardless of where he was or who he was working with.
He was always 100% focused on the guest experience and would do anything necessary to support the
staff to exceed every guest’s expectation. John was always willing to jump in absolutely anywhere
necessary whether it was the kitchen, dish, bar or service support. John could do it all accompanied by a
contagiously positive attitude.
Over the 8 years I had the pleasure of working with John, I watched him help anyone he came across that
needed it, be the first to step up with things got tough and continue to grow in his knowledge of the
business through his own drive and curiosity. Trustworthy, talented, committed and always engaged, John
Tsiantos will be an absolute asset to any team he joins.
