This training plan template includes sections for the employee's name and direct report, the employee's role and role objectives, key role requirements and their current proficiency levels, and a training plan detailing specific training needed to improve proficiency in any areas rated a 3 or below. The employee and their manager must both sign off on the plan to finalize it.
