I am an extremely hard w orking and organised Live Events Professional w ith excellent time keeping. I am competent in the
basics of lighting and sound but am keen to expand on the introduction to sound that I have learnt at South Devon College and
at University since 2012. Whilst studying, I have helped w ith a variety of technical roles and based upon this experience, I feel I

AUTUMN TOUR
Sound N.O 3 I joined WNO at The Welsh Millenium Centre as part of the Stage Electricians team as LX 3 for
two operas.Macbeth, with duties including assisting in the hanging of fixtures, installing fixtures in
set and cabling. For The Merchant of Venice I was one of two follow spot operators.Once on tour,
I moved across to the sound department as Sound N.O 3 for Kiss me Kate. As a new graduate,
both positions provided me a unique and challenging opportunity to further my industry
knowledge. As my knowledge as Sound N.O 3 developed during the tour, I was given more
Sound N.O 2 responsibilities. These included:
● Together with the F.O.H Engineer, ensuring all stage speakers were outputting
signal
● Scratch testing all orchestra microphones
● Sound checking all cast radio microphones
● Distributing and micing up cast prior to performance
● Monitoring the sound quality throughout the performance and being able to
recognise and act upon any issues
● Carry out microphone maintenance
