--Mixed-domain simulations (electrical, mechanical and electromagnetic) both with commercial FEM-based tools and analytical models implemented in suitable programming languages within standard IC netlist based simulation machines --Realization and experimental validation of high-performance MEMS-based switches and networks for RF applications --Realization of suitable experimental setups for electrical measurements (I-V and C-V curves), RF measurements (S-parameters) and mechanical/electromechanical measurements (white and strobe-light surface analysis with optical interferometer) --Design of Microsystems (layout in GDS format)
