innovative structural wall systems consisting of a pre-fabricated, permanent formwork panel systems, being
quick and easy to install with a pre-finished substrate ready for finishing trades.
This Structural Wall Systems offers an attractive, cost effective alternative to conventional masonry block,
precast concrete and insitu building methods. The systems use rust free aluminium componentry and provide
high thermal and fire ratings, on a range of projects from multi-storied residential to commercial buildings as
load bearing/structural walls up to 25 storeys or higher, in non-load-bearing capacities.

With 85 years of experience (57 years within the Aerospace Industry), LIME Projects has a diverse capability
with experience in constructing aerospace facilities (green field & brown field sites), incorporating
Environmental & Green Sustainability Considerations in accordance with LEED & ISO 14001 requirements;
Designing and developing facility layouts and equipment utilizing Lean Manufacturing concepts and techniques;

equipment and systems implementation to support 787 Manufacture. The magnitude of these works is
approximately $180M (USD).
 Quickstep Technologies Pty Ltd, with their site constructions, equipment and systems implementation
to support F35 (Joint Strike Fighter) and C130 Manufacture. The magnitude of these works is
approximately $50M (USD).

10. Sydney Bankstown Airport:
Design and Construction of Aircraft Hangers, infrastructure and facilities located at the Sydney Metro Airport,
with engaged at conceptual stage of the project. The scope of work included the analysis of the Client’s business
to enable design and determination for subsequent capital funding approvals.
All aspects of Development Applications and Building Permits to Australian Airport Regulatory Requirements
where directly managed and administered with the Australian Government Department of Transport and
Infrastructure.
Engineering design and construction of aircraft hangers, clean rooms, electrical sub-stations and HV ring main,
as well as paved areas/roadways allowed for the subsequent project management of equipment procurement,
installation and qualification to support Carbon Fibre Composite Component manufacture for Lockheed Martin,
Northrop Grumman and British Aerospace Programs.
Complex, high tolerance equipment including Autoclaves, Precision Milling Machines, Co-ordinate Measuring
Machines, Non Destructive Testing Equipment, Paint Booths, Nitrogen Generation Plant and Equipment, along
with supportive infrastructure, were designed, constructed, installed, commissioned and qualified to aerospace
standards and requirements.
Boeing Commercial Airplane Group – Boeing Aerostrucutres Australia.
Design and Construction of Aircraft Hangers and infrastructure, facilities and capital works located at the
Boeing plant in Melbourne, Australia. Development of conceptual and detail designs for capital funding
approvals.
All aspects of Development Applications, Building Permits, engineering design and construction of aircraft
hangers, clean rooms, paint facility, electrical sub-stations and roadways required to allow the subsequent
procurement, installation and qualification of equipment to support Carbon Fibre Composite Component
manufacture of the 777 Rudder and Elevators and 787 Dreamliner Trailing Edge Device for Boeing .
Project management of design, construction, installation, commissioning and qualification of complex high
tolerance equipment. Equipment including Composite Curing Ovens, Precision Milling Machines, Co-ordinate
Measuring Machines, Non Destructive Testing Equipment, Paint Booths, Robotic Assembly Cells along with
supportive infrastructure.
Aerotech International Group (AIG)/ AVIC Chengfei Commercial Aircraft Company (CCAC):
Analysis of business to determine and develop conceptual designs for plant and equipment to allow
documentation of site requirements and specifications.
Inspections of potentially sites/land for feasibility assessment in Chengdu province, The Peoples Republic of
China.
Primus International (Bangkok, Thailand).
Primus International is a leading Tier II supplier of highly engineered metallic and composite parts, kits, and
assemblies to the global aerospace industry. Works included the engineering design of a paint facility (spray
paint booths and curing ovens), to allow processing of composite and metallic components.
Mahindra Aerospace (Bangalore India).
Mahindra Aerospace is an aerospace division of the Indian multinational conglomerate company Mahindra
Group. It is the first Indian private firm to make smaller civil aircraft for the Indian general aviation market.
Work scope included the analysis of business requirements to determine and develop conceptual designs of
plant and equipment to allow documentation of site requirements and specifications. Development of equipment
specifications for procurement.
