2. Introduction
• Dr. Ali Anani used coal as an analogy for distinguishing
between ‘self-igniting’ or ‘low quality’ performance in
organisations, in his Slideshare presentation entitled
‘Marketing and Performance Multiplier Force’
• His questioning whether we ‘ventilate a room while
allowing polluted air to move in’ led the inspiration for an
alternative view, which is aligned with perceived needs
for breaths of fresh air and branches.
• Images on slides 3 to 6 are digitally adapted screenshots
from news reports. All other images are my own work.

trees adapt with nature

16. The Elder tree bears flowers and fruit
All parts of Elders have medicinal uses.

17. Cultivated gardens rely on earthly elements,
plus caring hands and thoughtful minds.
