Integrate applications into CSO supported tools and processes, which include MyLogins, ART,
UPR and compliance support. Includes all phases of integrations from initial gathering of
requirements to final Go Live.
Key Contributions:
 Continue coordination with business users to ensure ongoing requirements are met.
 Ensure SOX application access control policies are current.
 Work on large-scale integrations into CSO processes.
 Applications were presented to us having PCI, SPI or SOX information.
 Applications PCI and SPI are integrated and audited twice annually to conform with AT&T

Acted as expert in regards to conversions of dissimilar agency management systems to product.
Reduced monthly closing cycle by three days through identification and recommendation of
enhanced closing procedures. Managed customers in translating insurance coverage codes and
other source system codes from non-AMS systems and legacy systems to work with AMS360.
