Production Control Clerk 12/ 2010 - 3/2011
Served as an analyst supporting a brigade-sized element geographically dispersed throughout the Iraq
Theater of Operations (ITO) using multiple supply and logistics related systems including AWRDS,
SAMS-E, and Work Bench Supply. Responsible for ordering and inspecting parts; tracking , updating,
and closing work orders with the AWRDS system thoroughly by providing status updates , man-hours
input, and shop stats from leads. Responsible for projecting man-hours reports which were required for
jobs from inspectors. Managed all jobs in and out of shops to include setting production goals and
estimated completion dates. Served as a liaison for several relevant organizations and departments.
Provided information on work order and equipment statuses and locations of kits (Need to specify
what kind of kits) and vehicles valued over $400M in the ITO. Responsible for tracking all light and
heavy vehicles, engineer equipment, vehicles for Add on Armor (AoA), and a sustainment fleet with
dead-lined vehicles that needed to be repaired to meet 10/20 fully mission capable (FMC) standards.
Worked cohesively with t h e operations cell to provide accurate information on all equipment and
current statuses in the using EXCEL in order to provide daily status reports to higher headquarters.

Logistical 1/Production 1 Control Spec and Movement Control 1/ 2008 - 11/2010
Served as a Senior Logistician for a Battalion sized element for the US Army at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
Responsible for tracking rolling stock and non-rolling stock equipment, from arrival through maintenance
until shipped to customers. Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly reports and tracking matrixes to the
commander on issues relating to supply and maintenance operations. Ensured that all tasks meet or
exceeds timelines and quality according to instructions of task.
Checked incoming material for quality and quantity against invoicing packing slips. Unpacked and
verified general or specialized goods from suppliers. Responsible for interfacing with the main CLX
SSA for parts we did not have on hand or did not carry in stock. Provided mission essential support with
respect to internal/external processes. Coordinated with the supply cell, lay down yard, and other key
personnel to ensure the parts and material used were compatible. Coordinated work request between
customers, special projects, and the maintenance facilities. Completed Transportation Movement
Requests (TMRs) to ensure the successful shipment of heavy equipment via land and air assets to other
