OVERVIEW
Distribution and management of reporting through a secure cloud
website to a mobile device document manager is relatively
straightforward and requires no end-user expertise other than the
knowledge of how to activate the document “sync”. The following
explains the steps to do this, using Box.com (Cloud storage) and
GoodReader (an iOS document management app).
The following steps would apply to any cloud service connection
(Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.).
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Open up the GoodReader app on the iPad
2. Once GoodReader is open, you will see the "My
Documents" pane on the left and the user options on the Right side
(in this case, the Manage Files tools). Select the "Connect" menu
option, which provides the ability to access EXTERNAL content.
Under the "Connect to Servers" option, tap "Add"
3. Select the "Connection" type that you want to add. In this case, we
select Box.com. Next, provide the information needed to connect to
the "Server" account. NOTE - they refer to it as a Server, just think
Cloud Storage.

4. Then, Tap "Add" and the connection will then appear as an option
under the "Server" tab.
You are now ready to select and establish a SYNC connection to a
Folder in your connected Box.com account.
