Inspiria Knowledge Campus is a next-generation management college which combines world class infra-

practical skills required to make graduates “employable”. Conceived in 2010 by the J.P. Sahu Foundation - a
non-profit charitable trust, the college is situated in a sprawling 5 acre campus near Siliguri, against the

presently offers undergraduate degree courses in professional streams such as Computer Science, Hotel &

Well qualified professors drawn from a mix of industry and academia constantly direct and monitor the progress of students to
ensure an uniform learning experience. A unique part of this programme is its summer internship that is offered to the students
to experience a first hand understanding of corporate driven projects as an essential part of the curriculum.
Inspiria Knowledge Campus offers a full time three
year UGC affiliated undergraduate course in Bach-
elor of Business Administration that is specifically
designed to be experiential, analytical and industry
relevant to instill and develop a range of knowledge
and skills to equip students in the dynamic world of
business management.
The course aims at providing comprehensive learn-
ing with intelligent and meticulous combination of
classroom teaching aided through google class-
room, case studies, role plays, quizzes, industry vis-
its, expert lectures and management games. Smart
pedagogical practices aid in developing an entre-
preneurial and business mindset that enables and
draws from the cross pollinated learning methods
through various management subjects.
Every student has been successfully trained and de-
veloped on communication and public speaking skills
to specific industry standards. Management fests,
events and activities held throughout the academic
year help provide the opportunity to showcase their
multi-talented challenge in the business world.

3. SCHOOL OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
The flagship activity of the BBA course is the entrepreneurial programme under which a student e-cell is created. This cell is as-
sociated with the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) which conducts an innovative course on entrepreneurship through
the three year period which gradually leads to the development of an entrepreneurial mindset and skill set in students through
ingenious interactive sessions and team building activities.
An Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp is organized annually under the banner of e-cell. Experts from around the country are in-
vited to deliver knowledge based technical sessions on state of the art business ventures. Students under the programme host
various entrepreneurial ventures on their own and showcase their achievements at national level through competition and ex-
hibitions. The product prototype hosted by students from various batches have received nationwide acclaims from consultants
and experts alike which indicate the vibrant learning environment and experiential education system the college stands for.

4. Two batches to have graduated in 2018 and 2019 from Inspiria Knowledge Campus have been placed
successfully. They have been recruited into companies like The Taj, NDTV, Capgemini, Teabox, IndusNet
Technologies, etc. Some of the students have gone for higher studies in reputed institutes like St Xavier’s
University, Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication and some of them have made it big as independent
entrepreneurs.
The third batch of students is ready to graduate in 2020 in the following courses viz. Bachelor in Comput-
er Applications, Bachelors in Business Administration, Bachelors in Media Science and Bachelors in Hotel
Management. They have been provided with communication and leadership training alongside industry
specific knowledge which has put their hard and soft skills into perfect sync.
The present final year (2017-2020) batch of BCA students is already off to a good start bagging offers from
Mphasis and Just Dial. The final year batch of BHM students have been absorbed in various prestigious 5 -
Star properties following successful completion of internship. The present BBA batch (outgoing) have won
several accolades in different inter college competitions and have recently concluded an Industrial Visit
to Kerala. The 2017 - 2020 batch of BMS students has visited and benefited at Balaji Studios and Whistling
Woods Studios in Mumbai and have done their Winter Internship with reputed News Channel viz. Hindi
Khabar, Public Relations viz. Mensen Tock Communication (New Delhi), Equation PR & Media (Mumbai),
Production House viz. Carrot Films and also, in NGO like Akshaya Patra, etc.

5. Atul Gupta is the founder and CEO of InSync Tech-Fin Solu-
tions Ltd., an IT product company based out of Kolkata,
India and committed to the vision of transforming and dig-
italizing modern-day organizations with the help of smart
solutions to make them more efficient and productive. Atul
started his entrepreneurial career in 2003 with software
services and eventually found his mojo with a software
product which has been a major focus since then. InSync’s
product, APPSeCONNECT is a next-generation Integration
Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solution which can connect all
major line-of-business applications and empowers organi-
zations to automate their vital business processes.
Atul actively encourages bridging the gap between the
industry and the education sector. He is the Managing
Trustee of Inspiria Knowledge Campus. The objective of
this venture is to make the youth employable and inspire
them to achieve. The campus is located in Siliguri, West
Bengal with state-of-the-art infrastructure and also has an
incubation facility for startups.
Being actively associated with NASSCOM, Atul has taken
an active role in building an industry-academia relation-
ship for the council and is passionate about encouraging
student entrepreneurship.

33. Debjani Ghosh is the 5th President of The National Association of Software & Services
Companies (NASSCOM), veteran of the technology industry, and a champion of gender
diversity in corporate India, Ms. Debjani was the first woman to lead Intel India, Manufac-
turers’ Association for Information Technology (MAIT), and presently NASSCOM.
Mr. Som Mittal is currently a strategic advisor to corporations; governments; academic
institutions; trade bodies & business leaders. He served as President of NASSCOM steer-
ing the industry through the most turbulent period and helped the industry grow signifi-
cantly. He has also been recognized by the World Information Technology and Services
Alliance (WITSA) with a lifetime achievement award for outstanding dedication to the
growth of the global information and communications technology industry.
Inspiria had the opportunity to have Mr. K.K. Natarajan, Executive Chairman, Mindtree at
