Without Models,
Targets have another
name
Guesses!

You’ll get them wrong
and you’ll miss them

Learning how to

things for us:
1. They let us see results
quickly
2. They point us towards
things we can effect

changing our on boarding
experience.

Tried again.

Turned it off all

anything since it
didn’t change the
experience

increased our
