This document describes a decision support system developed using Scratch programming to determine scholarship recipients based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The system uses 4 criteria: parent's income, number of parent's dependents, distance from home to school, and student age. Data is collected, normalized, and weighted using the SAW method to calculate scores and determine the most eligible candidates. The system was tested and found to have very low error and function as intended, accurately selecting students for scholarships.
