20. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APAC:
 Speed restriction signs at 1km spacing's along NH 14 from
Semarang to Bawen
 Seal shoulder outside factory and delineate with hatching to
prohibit stopping there.
 Seal shoulder opposite factory - from 100m in advance of
entrance south to the overpass
 Seal areas under/around the pedestrian overpass so that
there is more room for buses to stop.
 Mark those areas as bus stops.
 Speak with bus owners and seek co-operation in stopping
only in marked areas.
 Sweep all area and make clear pedestrian paths from
overpass to bus stops.
 Renew all line marking – make more conspicuous
 Install edge lines.
 Pavement arrows – 3 pairs of right/through – on northern
approach to factory entrance
