1 in 3 women is illiterate in India
Hypothesis: Women are born for household works
Only.
(B) Women are economically depended on men
only 26.1% of women contribute in
workforce(rural) and 13.8% in workforce(urban).
Hypothesis: Religious belief, Considered as
extravagant and less eligible than men.
(C) Women do not have very good health care
Less than 40% women give birth in healthy
facility.
Hypothesis: Disbelief in doctors, old ways of
treatments, Rural thinking.
Reducing the gap from making a network of local bodies among the villages of IndiaProvidingSkillsandbasicfacilities

• DATA FROM EVERY LOCAL BODY WILL BE SUBMITTED AT DISTRICT
OFFICE BY THE GRAM PRADHAN.
• AT DISTRICT OFFICE WE WILL MAKE IT ONLINE SO EVERY PERSON
CAN HAVE A CHECK ON IT .
• A RECORDED DATA WILL BE SENT TO MINISTRY OF MICRO, SMALL
AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES.
• FINAL REPORT WILL BE SENT TO PLANNING COMMISSION OF INDIA
EVERY YEAR.

• STATE LEVEL CALL CENTERS WILL BE PROVIDED TO COMPLAIN IF ANYTHIN G
GOES WRONG IN THE PROJECT AND ANY INDIVIDUAL CAN COMPLAIN.
• MONEY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF VILLAGE CAN BE WITHDRAWN ONLY IF
MINIMUM 30 OUT OF 50 WOMEN GIVE PERMISSION.
• GRAM PRADHAN WILL HAVE A WEEKLY CHECK WHETHER WORK IS GOING ON
PROPERLY OR NOT, HE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE IF ANYTHING IS GOING TO BE
WRONG.
• DISTRICT MAGISTRATE WILL HAVE A QUARTERLY CHECK ON THE WORK AND
WILL GIVE THE REPORT TO THE STATE GOVERNMENT .
• THE STATE GOVERNMENT WILL TRY TO CORRECT ALL THE PROBLEMS AND
SEND THE REPORTS TO THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT.
• THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST WRONG AFTER THE
STATE GOVERNMENT.

(B) Women are economically depended on men only 26.1% of women contribute in workforce(rural) and 13.8% in workforce(urban). Hypothesis: Religious belief, Considered as extravagant and less eligible than men. (C) Women do not have very good health care Less than 40% women give birth in healthy facility. Hypothesis: Disbelief in doctors, old ways of treatments, Rural thinking.
  • 3. Reducing the gap from making a network of local bodies among the villages of IndiaProvidingSkillsandbasicfacilities 1.Developing skills in them by providing training. 2. Giving them primary medical and educational facilities. 3. Protecting them from domestic violence. 4. Awareness about banking, law and rights. 5. Employment ImplementationModel 1. Making women self depended by giving them work. 2. Team of around 50 women will be made in every village. 3. Training of work ( handicraft, weaving, regional arts etc.) will be provided to them. 4. They will be benefited by complaining against violence, basic medical and educational facilities and Banking facility. Meritsoverexistingsystem 1. Uplifting the standard of women in all the prospects by single policy. 2. Local art forms of villages can be utilized in an organized way. 3. No new department need to be opened. 4. Greater amount of benefit is gained at a sufficient cost. 5. In return we will get some profit also. 6. Profit can be used in development of the villages and women will lead to the development.

Measuring the impact of the solution • DATA OF TOTAL WORK OF A MONTH WILL BE SUBMITTED TO GRAM PRADHAN BY SUPERVISOR. • DATA FROM EVERY LOCAL BODY WILL BE SUBMITTED AT DISTRICT OFFICE BY THE GRAM PRADHAN. • AT DISTRICT OFFICE WE WILL MAKE IT ONLINE SO EVERY PERSON CAN HAVE A CHECK ON IT . • A RECORDED DATA WILL BE SENT TO MINISTRY OF MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES. • FINAL REPORT WILL BE SENT TO PLANNING COMMISSION OF INDIA EVERY YEAR. Monitoring of project • STATE LEVEL CALL CENTERS WILL BE PROVIDED TO COMPLAIN IF ANYTHIN G GOES WRONG IN THE PROJECT AND ANY INDIVIDUAL CAN COMPLAIN. • MONEY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF VILLAGE CAN BE WITHDRAWN ONLY IF MINIMUM 30 OUT OF 50 WOMEN GIVE PERMISSION. • GRAM PRADHAN WILL HAVE A WEEKLY CHECK WHETHER WORK IS GOING ON PROPERLY OR NOT, HE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE IF ANYTHING IS GOING TO BE WRONG. • DISTRICT MAGISTRATE WILL HAVE A QUARTERLY CHECK ON THE WORK AND WILL GIVE THE REPORT TO THE STATE GOVERNMENT . • THE STATE GOVERNMENT WILL TRY TO CORRECT ALL THE PROBLEMS AND SEND THE REPORTS TO THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT. • THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AGAINST WRONG AFTER THE STATE GOVERNMENT.
