Our Unrivalled Senior Military Speaker Line Up:

Lieutenant General Jaroslav Kolkus, Former Deputy Chief of Defence Staff, Czech Armed Forces
2015 FUTURE ARMOURED VEHICLES EASTERN EUROPE HIGHLIGHTS
Dear Colleague,
It is with great pleasure that I invite you to participate at Future
Armoured Vehicles Eastern Europe 2016 taking place between the
17th and 18th May 2016 in Prague.
At our first conference we achieved a great deal by bringing together
senior armoured vehicle programme managers, heads of land forces
and platform acquisition leaders from Central and Eastern European
Countries. The goal was to share information and facilitate debate on
how best to modernise the capability and development of armoured
vehicles across allied and interoperable defence forces. We believe
this was achieved, but have no doubt that the discussion must
continue.
As these nations embark on upgrading their military equipment and
increase investment of land systems, the armoured vehicle has
become a focus for many armies wishing to ensure effective ground
combat and peacekeeping operations, domestically as well as
internationally.
There is therefore a need for a high level meeting that brings together
senior military leadership, project decision makers and technical
experts alongside the vehicle manufacturers and cutting edge industry
solution providers to collaborate on future endeavours that will
enhance the security and stability of Eastern Europe and its
neighbouring countries.
I believe Future Armoured Vehicles Eastern Europe 2016 is the perfect
environment for this collaboration, hence lending my support behind it
as chairman.
I would ask you to pay particular attention to our conference agenda
which has been put together with great care to give you the very best
opportunity to benchmark and learn from subject matter experts
relating to the enhanced survivability and operational effectiveness of
the modern armoured vehicle.
Only through learning and networking with our peers can we enhance
and improve our ideas and execution of military projects, I urge you to
join us in May 2016 with many other likeminded individuals to ensure
you too can benefit from this unique forum.
Yours Sincerely,
Colonel Josef Kopecky,
Commander, Training Command - Military Academy,
Czech Armed Forces

At our first conference we achieved a great deal by bringing together senior armoured vehicle programme managers, heads of land forces and platform acquisition leaders from Central and Eastern European Countries. The goal was to share information and facilitate debate on how best to modernise the capability and development of armoured vehicles across allied and interoperable defence forces. We believe this was achieved, but have no doubt that the discussion must continue. As these nations embark on upgrading their military equipment and increase investment of land systems, the armoured vehicle has become a focus for many armies wishing to ensure effective ground combat and peacekeeping operations, domestically as well as internationally. There is therefore a need for a high level meeting that brings together senior military leadership, project decision makers and technical experts alongside the vehicle manufacturers and cutting edge industry solution providers to collaborate on future endeavours that will enhance the security and stability of Eastern Europe and its neighbouring countries. I believe Future Armoured Vehicles Eastern Europe 2016 is the perfect environment for this collaboration, hence lending my support behind it as chairman. I would ask you to pay particular attention to our conference agenda which has been put together with great care to give you the very best opportunity to benchmark and learn from subject matter experts relating to the enhanced survivability and operational effectiveness of the modern armoured vehicle. Only through learning and networking with our peers can we enhance and improve our ideas and execution of military projects, I urge you to join us in May 2016 with many other likeminded individuals to ensure you too can benefit from this unique forum. Yours Sincerely, Colonel Josef Kopecky, Commander, Training Command - Military Academy, Czech Armed Forces Focused Networking OpportunitiesGenerals Panel Discussing Future Armoured Vehicle Capability Brigadier General Ladislav Jung, Deputy Commander Land Forces, Czech Army gives the keynote opening address
