The mood of the team has a very strong impact on
the performance of the team.
Therefore it is very important for the managers to
be able to monitor the feelings of their team. It is
not an easy job especially when your people
working remotely.
The Pulse survey can helping you to identify:
• who are your most positive employees
• who are struggling
• Who are negative.
You can ask your team to answer a question about
their mood daily or twice a day. Both can help you
to monitor your team. If you ask them to answer
the survey twice a day than you can see how they
start and finish their day.
The question can be set freely by you.
Impacts of Organizational Changes
Regular monitoring of ‘organizational mood’ allows you to follow the impacts of
organizational changes:
• How does a positive or negative change impact employees’ moods?
• How long does the effect last?
• When does the mood reset to average levels?
• Did anything at all happen that you as a leader did not have time to listen to, but
that significantly
