4.  Introduction:
There are many people living in world having different personalities. This is the personality
which makes everyone unique and different from others. We can never see two people of exactly
same personality. It never changes and decided the quality of a person. I am taking the example
of me. I am so special in this world and have unique personality than others. I am very
responsible and sympathetic person. I always help others and try my best to solve their problems.
I am self-centered man have not have any enemy in this world.I always talk to others very
happily with smiling face. I am a very simple student in my university and try to attend each
class but i have thr popularity to be late in the class. But sometimes it is out of my reach.

The vision of my life is to be a successfulperson. No matter what the profession or the situation
is. But i prefer business as profession than job. To accomplish this vision I am currently doing
small business and market research along with my study. Beside this I am also a teacher. Last 5
years I have been teaching Students which give me a lot of experience. Sometimes life becomes
harsh and sometimes it is very easy to lead. So by facing all the trouble I need to carry one the
above mentioned activities. Again sometimes it is easy to manage all the things.After completing
SSC examination I would not take a single poisa from my family rather i contribute a major
portion of my income in my family.

1) Complete my Graduation Here in BBA.
2) If I manage myself admitted in DU IBA MBA. I will certainly take that opportunity.
3) BCS exmination than will be my next target.
4) At the mean time I will try to find a good job.

7.  My daily Life:
My daily life is little bit different as every individual person have own style of living life. Firstly,
I get up at 7 am everyday whatever it is a weekend or weekly days. From morning I start
planning about my daily activities. I regularly attend classes which are my main concern. After
finishing my classes I used to go to my home and take some rest. After that I take classes of my
own coaching center from 4.30 pm to 9:30pm.I also teach in E-haq coaching center savar branch.
Saifurs admission coaching center gives me chance in teaching the undergraduate students about
management and mathematics in savar and lalmatia branches. Then after returning home I used
to do my other works. Sometimes it is difficult to maintain this tight routine but I can manage.
Finally at 11pam to 2 pm I used to do study.
Apart from this I also give time to my near and dear ones. It was my last 4 years routine. I can
say that I am a responsible and a hard-working student. Moreover, being a sociable person, I
have many friends since I like to communicate with people and get to know new interesting
individuals. I enjoy mytime at University. It is really nice to study and the students are very
friendly and ready to help. The atmosphere cannot but make me want to go there every time. I
like to receive and deal with challenging tasks. I am a very enthusiastic student and I think this is
a strong point of mine.
My friends say that I am a very funny and an interesting gentle with a good sense of humor. As
soon as I meet new people who are happy to meet me, I feel extremely comfortable with them. I
believe that friendship is one of the most important values in human life. We exchange new
ideas, find many interesting things about each other and experience new things. I appreciate
friendship and people who surround me.
Cooking has been a huge interest of mine. My mom's a great cook- especially in Asian cooking.
From my point of view, having learned how to cook, makes a person’s life much easier.
Then last but not least I love praying. I pray as much as I can. Being a Muslim and not praying,
just doesn't go together, so that is why I pray. I also feel that whenever I pray, it helps me getting
forward and achieving more and more.

As a management Student i always tried to follow the principals of management studiesin my
own life. From everyday morning till night i maintan my daily routine with the use of the
principals of management.

In every morning I plan what i will do today. I spend 15 minutes in doing so. That makes me to
think about my daily activity.

Every day before going to my work or study or anything i prioritise my work that which one i
will do first and which one come next. I also make a proper guide plan for my study and also for
my students. I tryed to make it work. 24x7 i have to work to maintain my life. Because in my life
there is no one i will find to help me in bearing my own cost. My father refused to give me
money because he is a job less persone. My mom is a housewife. So all the responsibility as a

10. elder son comes to my sholder and i am successfully doing it in my last 5 years Untile last three
months.Beacuse my lsat three months was the worst three months in my life.
Leading:
I am not 100 %fit as a leader. I can be a good manager But i think I cant be a good manager. I
can take responsibility, I have problem solving skill and also I have some of the traits that will
make me a good manager but not a good leader. Beacuse i dont even find the opportunity to lead
my own life as my own wish. There is always a restriction from the family frome the socity
makes me feel that i cant do anything. I fear beacuse i have a lots of thing to lose. As a elder son
in a middle lower class family i have got fear to take every sorts of decision because what will
happen if i make a wrong decision? who will look after my family if somethings happen to me?
So it let me anxity and fear. I think 1000 times before making a decision. On the way of life no
was there to help me to take decision. Even I didnt take any tution from any private teacher or
from any coaching center in my whole life, Beacuse there is always a scarcity.
