1. ‘PRECIOUS INSPIRATION MINISTRY’
PRESENTS
I stood and watched closely as the coffin was lowered into the earth (the
grave); people were crying and lamenting, Oh! a soul is gone, we’ve lost a
precious gem, a Jewel is gone. You were good, we will miss you.
As I was gazing down at the grave, I heard a voice say; “Where has she gone
to? To heaven or to hell? To eternal bliss or eternal damnation”. These
questions rang in my mind all day and up till this moment it still does.
When someone breathes his or her last breath, where does his or her spirit
go to? When I die where will my spirit go to?
I want you to stop right here for a minute and ponder on these questions,
when I breathe my last breath, what next? Where will I spend eternity?
I’m not asking you these questions to scare you but so that we can face
reality because the truth is that sooner or later we will all pass away, we will
all leave this world; then what happens next?
It is believed that after this life, it is all over, I want you to understand that
it is not. There is a life hereafter, another life after this world, a life of
immortality and eternity. Your spirit which is your inward man will live on.
The reason this message is written to you is for you to ask yourself the same
question that has been on my mind, “When I breathe my last breath, where
will my spirit go to?
You may be wondering why I’m using the phrase “MY SPIRIT” repeatedly, it
is because the real you is your spirit.

2. In 1 Thess 5: 23: we are made to understand that man is made up of three
components; “the spirit, the soul and the body”.
John 8: 32 tells us that “We shall know the truth and the truth will set
us free”
The truth of the matter is that you are a Spirit, you have a soul and you live
in a body.
You are not a body, but you have a personality. You are a spirit.
When your body dies it doesn’t mean you stop living, your body is the shell
over you.
Your soul is the part of you that says “I want, I feel, I think” it is your
intellect, your will and emotions.
The real you is your spirit and the only part that knows God. Something
happens at death and that is; your body returns to the dust and your spirit
(the real you) returns to God. “Then shall the dust (out of which God
made man’s body) return to the earth as it was, and the spirit shall
return to God who gave it”. Ecclesiastes 12: 7 (AMP).
Please understand this, you are not your body, you are a spirit. The inward
man is the real you. So when you die the real you which is your spirit lives
on, but where? This is what we want to talk about.
The bible advices us in Matt 7: 13-14 that we should “Enter through the
narrow gate: for wide is the gate and spacious and broad is the way
that leads away to destruction, and many are those who are entering
through it.
But the gate is narrow (contracted by pressure) and the way is
straightened and compressed that leads away to life, and few are
those who find it. Amplified version.
From this scripture, we see that there are two gates or two roads to travel -
“The Narrow and the Broad road”.
I want you to please ask yourself this important question; “Which way am I
travelling? Am I going through the broad gate which leads to destruction or
the narrow gate which leads to life ?
If you realize that the way you are travelling is leading you to destruction,
you can change the route by surrendering your life to Jesus Christ so that
he can lead you through the narrow gate which leads to life.
Remember our Lord Jesus said in John 14: 6: “I am the way and the
truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) me.
Dear friends, the only person that can lead you through the narrow gate
which leads to life is Jesus Christ and the bible tells us in John 3: 3-5:
“Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they
are born again and no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they
are born of water and the Spirit”.

3. You become born again by confessing and forsaking all the wrongs done,
and then you surrender your life to Christ. Make him the Lord and Master
over your life.
Romans 6: 16 tells us that: “Don’t you know that when you offer
yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one
you obey—whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to
obedience, which leads to righteousness?
If you are living in sin, the one you obey is the devil, then he is lord over
your life and the road you are travelling will lead to destruction; if you
confess and forsake your sins, obey the Lord Jesus Christ; He becomes Lord
over your life and the way you will travel leads to life. The choice is yours to
make.
So what will it be, travelling the narrow way by surrendering all to Jesus
Christ or travelling the broad way by following the evil one?
Just like Joshua told the children of Israel in Deut 30: 15, 19: “I have set
before thee this day life and good, death and evil." "I have set before
you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life that
both thou and thy seed may live”.
Dear friends, the paths are set before you this day; “life and death, good and
evil” Which one will it be? My prayer is that you will choose Life because a
life with Christ is worth more than anything you can ever imagine.
There is one thing I’ll love you to know and that is “There is nothing in this
world: the lust of the eye, the pride of life and the lust of the flesh, there is
absolutely nothing; these all lead to destruction.
So, why would you have all these and lose the most important and valuable
thing you have which is your soul.
The scriptures tell us in Mark 8: 36: “And what do you benefit if you gain
the whole world but lose your own soul? Is anything worth more than
your soul? New living translation.
I want you to ask yourself this question: “Is there anything worth more
than my soul”?Nothing and I repeat nothing is worth more than your soul;
not ever all that is in this world put together.
My heart cry is that you will make the right decision and surrender your life
to Christ before it will be too late. Nobody knows when death will come
knocking at your door, but today, if you will hear His voice, harden not
your heart. Heb 3: 15.
I’ll like you to also know that the saviour is knocking at the door of your
heart: “Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears and

4. listens to and heeds My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him
and will eat with him, and he [will eat] with Me. Rev 3: 20. Amp.
Please listen to him and open the door so that he can come in. I can assure
you that you will be glad you did.
If you opened the door to him, please say this prayer with me: “Dear
heavenly father, I come before you this day, confessing my sins before you
and forsaking them; I accept you Lord Jesus Christ into my life as my Lord
and personal Saviour. Cleanse me with your blood and help me to live for
you and you alone, I surrender all to you. Lord, help me to live a life of
obedience to your word In Jesus name we have prayed. Amen.”
