Dr. Ilir F. Progri is a world-renowned leading authority in Geolocation/GPS/GNSS/Wireless Communications in all aspects of signal specifications, simulation, software development, and implementation of significant new capabilities in GPS/GNSS/Wireless Communications and indoor geolocation systems.
