1. Quiz Training
When a learner attempts a quiz in Moodle they will benefit from a more robust
connection, meaning less dropped scores; better attempt management, no
overwriting of attempts; and more informative learning interactions due to the
ability to direct them with feedback.
During the session you will follow the lead of the trainer, putting in to practice what
you have learned.
Do not take notes as you are being presented with information. Make them as you
are going through each exercise yourself, noting where you hit problems and what
your solution is. I have included a table at the end of the document where you can
record this.
List of tasks - each is a session of training
Task 1 - Create a new quiz with deferred feedback.
Task 2 - Create five new quiz questions in the quiz.
Task 3 - Set the pass mark and over-all feedback of the quiz.
Task 4 - Create a new quiz section with immediate feedback and create five new
questions in it.
Task 5 - Log in as a learner and attempt the quizzes with all of the right answers
and then make another attempt with all of the wrong answers.
Task 6 - Change one of the answers and re-grade the quiz.
Task 7 - Create question bank categories and move questions in to here.
Task 8 - Duplicate questions and move to a new question bank.
Task 9 - Create a quiz with immediate feedback using question banks.
