DASHBOARD: The dashboard shows an overview of the current status of the system performance. For example, you can see the mean time an incident or an alarm has been open, or how many alarms/incidents have been opened.
INCIDENTS: An incident is an occurrence that distracts from or negatively affects prescheduled activity in a specific site or facility, in aspects such as security, safety, and business continuity, for example, a bomb threat.
ALARMS: Alarms provide notification to administrators and operators in response to sys-tem events or security violations. When an alarm occurs, you can create a new incident or associate the alarm with an existing incident.
ASSETS: The Assets module enables the operator to monitor and perform some basic actions.
VIDEO WORKSPACE: SMC's Video workspace goes far beyond simple video viewing to help organizations derive maximum value from their surveillance video. Using the SMC Video workspace, you can view live video, control PTZ cameras to examine a scene, search through recorded video for activity.
MAP PLANNING: The Geographical location of assets, alarms and incidents can be seen on the map.
RESPONSE PLANNING: Response planning helps organizations identify potential incidents that may result in emergency situations or otherwise require immediate action.
DISPATCH: As part of the response plan a dispatch task can be created.
INCIDENT RECONSTRUCTION: All Recorded Here For Ease of Investigation.
