1) The study aims to evaluate whether access to leaderboards improves CPR skills for high school students and in-hospital healthcare professionals compared to no access.
2) Participants will use CPR mannequins and be able to view their scores and others' on online leaderboards (intervention) or not view scores (control). Outcomes include practice frequency and quality of CPR techniques.
3) The study has begun recruiting sites and participants. Goals are to recruit more participants and locations, obtain additional funding, and conduct sub-studies at local sites.
