• Traditional Sim/Debriefing: Allows for facilitated self
exploration of issues encountered in a simulated environment
• Rapid Cycle Deliberate Practice: As Betsy Hunt described, a
technique of bringing a team through a sequence of scenarios with
directed feedback with repetitive practice.
• We are conducting a pilot study with our PEM fellows
and EC Nurses and RTs with PALS based scenarios.
