  50. 50. #INBOUND16 What I love most about HubSpot: Culture: I would argue that the culture is as much the reason I use and love HubSpot as the actual software is. The best software wouldn't survive without the culture and the best culture wouldn't survive without amazing software. But man, the HubSpot community is really incredible - the micro-communities within that are also super cool (agency partners, hubcast listeners, hubstars, local HUGs, designers/developers, sales, content, etc.) In addition to just users, the HubSpot team does a seriously kickbutt job with training, certifications, events and support. And social listening/responding! I feel like at least 50% of the company probably knows who I am and that's a seriously awesome feeling. They really care about people being successful with the platform and not just selling people on this - at first I don't think they had quite nailed this down, but lately I think they're really doing a good job. #INBOUND16
