- 1. e-compatibility of ICC rules 1 • Required to accommodate maturing practices and technologies. • Update of eUCP and production of new eURC. • Knowledge gaps have been identified and feedback provided. • 1300+ comments reviewed. • Responses have been provided for every comment. • Updated drafts sent to National Committees end-March 2018. • Feedback has been requested by latest 25 May 2018. • Pursuant to such feedback, and in the event that it is recognised that no further drafting is required, final drafts of eUCP and eURC will be sent to National Committees together with a detailed response to any raised issues. • Should further drafts be required and the update process is still incomplete, then the aim will be to finalise by the time of the Spring 2019 meeting.
