DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Responsible for taking the daily reservations, blocking the table and taking preferences of the
guest.
 Coordinating with the outlet manager for daily operation and next day’s planning.
 Assign the responsibilities to the team for better functioning.
 Making the duty roasters on monthly basis for the team.
 Supervising the service aspect in the restaurant.
 Responsible for daily duty allocation and briefing of the team.
 Ensure that closing of the outlet is properly done.
 Taking inductions for new joiners, training them regarding food and beverage service.
 To ensure that special offers and promotions are communicated correctly to all the customers.
