Overview:
Teraware Data Sanitization Platform, from ITRenew, is the #1 enterprise data sanitization software
in the world. Developed to meet the need for industry compliance as related to data disposition on
solid state and hard disk drives (SSDs and HDDs), Teraware specializes in the total erasure of all
electronic information from data center and IT enterprise assets.
Teraware provides guaranteed, forensic-level data erasure using a single workflow regardless
of drive manufacturer or type. For hard disk drives (HDDs), user selectable wipe methods are
applied for drive sanitization based on your particular requirements. With solid state drives (SSDs),
the software will automatically recognize the drives identity and apply appropriate processing to
address both the logical and physical sanitization.
Drive processing can be performed in rack or on loose drives. There is no requirement to
disassemble racks before sanitization. Teraware also has the capability to perform remote data
disposition over a network. Some customers use this software, over their private network, to data
erase drives in locations around the world..

The Teraware Data Sanitization workflow is very easy to implement. From the Teraware appliance,
the system will recognize and identify host systems and all devices. A job is then created, initiated
and monitored. Upon completion, Teraware will provide a job summary, detailed job report and a
Certificate of Sanitization for each sanitized drive. In cases where a drive fails, location information
is provided so that drive can be easily found and removed for shredding.
