 Colocar o café na máquina;
 Faz água saborizada do centro cirúrgico;
 Recolher e lavar as garrafas;
 Receber os o lanche da manhã dos médicos e pacientes;
 Organizar e realizar a distribuição;
07:00 as 07:30
 Realiza a distribuição dos cafés nos setores: recepção térreo, recepção 1º andar,
médico 1º andar, administração, recepção do 2º e médico do segundo;
 Leva o lanche dos médicos do segundo andar e no centro cirúrgico;
07:30 as 08:00  Distribui as garrafas de café nos demais setores: TI, gerência de enfermagem; farmácia;
 Faz mais café para a reposição dos setores;
 Higieniza as garrafas e utensílios que foram recolhidas;
 Organiza a copa dos pacientes;
 Organiza bandejas dos apartamentos;
08:00 as 09:00  Repõe o café dos setores que precisam;
 Lavar os panos das bandejas;
 Começa a organizar planilhas;
09:00 as 11:00
 Faz água saborizada do estar médico do 1° andar;
 Verificar o café dos setores;
 Lavar os utensílios que estiverem sujos;
 Recolhe as sobras que foram levadas para o segundo andar e centro cirúrgico;
 Organiza os papéis de temperatura e etiqueta dos pacientes e movimentação de
estoque;
11:00 as 12:00  Recebe o almoço;
 Organiza as bandejas;
 Entrega os almoços de paciente, acompanhantes e médicos;
12:00 as 13:00  Juliana: descanso
 Rafaela: Entrega os almoços de pacientes e acompanhantes que forem chegando;
13:00 as 14:00
 Recolhe as bandejas;
 Fazer café;
 Repões os cafés;
 Higieniza as bandejas e utensílios;
14:00 as 15:30  Vai para o centro cirúrgico organizar o que foi levado no almoço e entregar o lanche da
tarde;
 Leva os kit-lanches do centro cirúrgico e endoscopia;
 Verifica as garrafas de café para reposição;
 Organiza a copa de paciente;
15:30 às 17:00  Entrega os lanches da tarde para os pacientes internados;
 Organiza o estar médico do segundo andar;
 Faz ronda e repõe os cafés das recepções;
 Recolhe bandeja do lanche da tarde dos pacientes;
17:00 às 18:30  Organiza o café da sala da diretoria (higieniza a máquina de café, organiza a bancada,
recolhe os utensílios para higienização e repõe, repõe o grão de café);
 Recolhe as bandejas de biscoito e café dos apartamentos;
 Recolhe as garrafas de café dos setores;
 Higieniza as garrafas de café;
 Organiza o estar médico do primeiro andar;
 Organiza a copa dos pacientes.
*Sempre que tem paciente internado a prioridade é levar o lanche ou almoço sempre que solicitado. Caso tenha paciente
em apartamento ficará atenta ao horário de chegada do acompanhante para deixar a jarra de agua gelada no quarto e
bandeja.
**Sempre que levar alimentação para o paciente marcar o tempo para o recolhimento das bandejas. Pequenas refeições
30 mim grandes refeições 50 mim.
*** Sempre levar os alimentos etiquetados e embalados e a bandeja forrada e organizada com o papel padronizado.
****Nos dias de pernoite, o jantar e a ceia devem ser entregues e a copa deve ser organizada antes da saída
