This letter is my personal recommendation for Hans Christensen.
In his position as Senior Delivery Manager, Hans was employed in our office from 2010 – 2016. Hans did an excellent
job in this position and was a great asset to our organization during his entire tenure with our company. He has excellent
English skills, both written and verbally and have great experience in working in a multicultural environment.
Hans worked personally with me to successfully deliver some of the largest and most complex projects in the history of
the company. Hans also worked with me to develop a new strategic partner channel – the world’s largest
telecommunications equipment manufacturer – an opportunity that eventually turned into our biggest customer. In
a recent assignment Hans lead a team of engineers and consultants that was responsible for developing our core Mobile
Device Management product.
Hans was helpful in many other areas of the company. Hans assumed different lead roles in strategic projects related
to sales, delivery, support and engineering. He got a broad portfolio of competencies combined with international
experience from projects in all corners of the world including Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. It gives him the
flexibility to add value in many diverse roles plus he has acquired the experience to lead teams with many different
cultural backgrounds.
One of Hans strong cons is a natural talent to rapidly establish structure and clarify roles and tasks in a busy and often
very chaotic work environment. He does this independently and with a highly entrepreneurial mindset that facilitate a
“getting things done” attitude around him that keep his teams inspired and motivated.
I recommend him for any endeavor he chooses to pursue. He would make a great asset to any organization.
