2. Many of senior generations don’t use PC, Smart
Phone, Conversation robots, …
• They don’t use keyboards and mouse.
• They don’t understand icons and menu commands.
• They don’t remember structures of command menu trees,
screen transitions, effects of tapping/clicking commands/icons.
• They will be reluctant to use conversation robots such as
Amazon echo, because
• they don’t hear well.
• Menu selection with voice is awkward.

3. Smart phone broadens reach of benefits of IT by
wide adoption, but It is still a miniature of PC
• It greatly simplifies UI.
• It replaces mouse by direct tap.
• It is going to replace keyboard by voice recognition.
• However it is still GUI.

Perception ability (vision,
