reasonable stock of words.
A vocabulary, also known as a wordstock or word-stock, is a set of familiar words
within a person's language.
Learning or knowing new word involves knowing its different shades of meaning, use in
context, grammatical characteristics, pronunciation and so on.

Suffix is attached at the end of a root
word to form a new word.
FOR EXAMPLE:
care+less= careless
Prefixe is attached at the beginning of a root
word to form a new word.

A sysnonym is a word that means
the same as another.
FOR EXAMPLE:
shut and close
An antonym is a word opposite
in meaning to another.

Homonyms are the words which
have the same spellings but different meaning.
FOR EXAMPLE:
“Bear” is the name of an animal and
it is also means to tolerate.
Homophones are the words which have
different spellings and meaning but
the same sound.
FOR EXAMPLE:
“Sun & Son” , “ their & there”
