During a Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) audit conducted December 21,
2008 through January 6, 2009, by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS),
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Investigations (OI) and as part
of the ICE Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers (IMAGE)
application process for TECO Energy, Inc., this employees Form I-9 required
correction.
