Outlook for July
The Redondo Beach real estate market recorded promising stats for the month of June as evidence of
the 15.4% increase in the median sales price, a 20.7% jump in the sales/ listing ratio, and a 16% drop in
the months of inventory. Although total sales, median days to sell, and active listings trended slightly
negative the numbers from a month-to-month perspective were marginal at best, especially when
compared to the $109,550 bump in the median sales price.
What is my forecast for July? you ask. Considering the aforementioned, including all graphical data
contained herein, I suspect buyer and seller interest and activity to remain quite aggressive, if not
improve. After all mortgage money is extremely cheap, relatively speaking, so it would be
counterintuitive to assume a contrary outcome. That said, are you ready to list your property? How

Outlook for July The Redondo Beach real estate market recorded promising stats for the month of June as evidence of the 15.4% increase in the median sales price, a 20.7% jump in the sales/ listing ratio, and a 16% drop in the months of inventory. Although total sales, median days to sell, and active listings trended slightly negative the numbers from a month-to-month perspective were marginal at best, especially when compared to the $109,550 bump in the median sales price. What is my forecast for July? you ask. Considering the aforementioned, including all graphical data contained herein, I suspect buyer and seller interest and activity to remain quite aggressive, if not improve. After all mortgage money is extremely cheap, relatively speaking, so it would be counterintuitive to assume a contrary outcome. That said, are you ready to list your property?
