What is Obesity?
 It is accumulation of
unwanted fat or excessive fat
of the body.
 It is the waste deposition of
by- products of oily food
items.
 It is the reflection of internal
derangement of hormonal
activities.

Why is obesity formed?
 This is due to unbreakable
fatty globules, consumed
from the food.
 Uncontrolled few
hormonal activities.

 Hereditary pattern.
 Anything in extremities.

 Constitution

 Hereditary: genetically disturbed DNA & RNA, carry
forward maternal or paternal abnormalities, viz.,
chromosomal disorder.
 Chakras imbalance:are behind the glands of the body.
if any change in the oscillations of chakras get
developed, hormones disturbed.
 Negative mind thoughts: after frequently repeations,
form a pattern to develop obesity. 2nd reason is
accumulation of negative thoughts can lead to
obesity.
What are the Causes of Obesity?

 Negative emotions: always supports negative thoughts
for longer duration, which can increase mass of the
brain energy, resulting to obesity.
 Wrong combination or irregular diet: Combinations of
carbohydrates, protein & fat are fatal, leading to
obesity.
 Excessive use of vocal cord: leads to drainage or
leakage of energy from throat chakra, leading to
obesity.

 Unable to express or speak: Blocking the energy in
throat, due to suppression of emotions, leads to
obesity.
 Suppression of desires or wish: Desire comes from
mind, supported by heart’s emotion, but if not
fulfilled get deposited initially in brain & lastly in

killers etc: taken like contraceptive pills, pain killer,

 Excess material desires, viz., gold, property,
money etc: Over Desire for material things like
gold, property, money, luxury etc can lead to
obesity.
 Lack of gastric juice: Fat, protein & carbohydrates
gets digested only with gastric juices, lacking of it,
can lead to obesity.

 Hepatomegaly: liver inflammation can obstruct fat
digestion can lead to obesity.
 Acidity. Ph level of blood less than 7.4, heat in
body: Anything that increases the temperature of
body will decrease Ph level of blood. Hormones are
very sensitive to temperature, resulting to obesity.
