Quality Assurance
Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
PKF Quality Control Procedures stipulate that all PKF international member firms establish a pertinent
CPE programme for all partners and staff. Key education, qualification, experience and CPE standards
are set for each grade of staff, taking into account the firms requirements, local statutory and professional
body requirements. CPE is then provided to all partners and staff by means of participation in international
conferences and regional and domestic training programmes.
Peer Review
The partners conduct peer reviews of all offices periodically.
The reviews include formal reporting on the system of
quality control in operation, and a detailed analysis on the
results of the review, including any emerging best practices
that may be replicated across the network or any remedial
action recommended.
Skills Transfer Programme
PKF international network encourages staff secondments
and skills workshop seminars amongst its offices both on
a formal and an informal basis to help maintain international
standards of work.
