Evaluation of emissions avoidance comes from the self-
sufficient ratio (%) of the installation as well as the self-
consumption pattern
The hourly emission factor of the national electricity mix should be compared with
the self-consumption load curve of the installation.

The roll out of photovoltaic installations at urban scale
need the maintenance costs to drop significantly and the
Municipal Ordinances to promote this usage of the rooftop
The business model is based on an energy service contract with the customer

The New Royal Decree for self-consumption has left behind
the taxes that decreased economic viability of such projects
and acknowledge the collective self-consumption
Collective Self-consumption optimizes the PV load curve since the loads of dwellings
and the commercial building on the basement are complementary. Profitability of
projects increases significantly.
