Notas do Editor
- Are you here cause you need a hand with reporting?
Lots of agencies think their reports are >>>>>>
- Totally excellent… but in reality >>>>
- Clients just look at them confused >>>>
- You can’t just coast along with crappy reports, cause if you try >>>>
- You just blend into the background noise. And when you blend into the background >>>>
- You’re virtually invisible to your clients. There’s simply no value. But I don’t want you to>>>
- Lose your head… I’m here to help make your reports awesome, so they don’t look like >>>
- The giant pile of crap that most agencies try to pass off as reports.
- So instead, your reports will tell an amazing story with data
- MOST of you
- So we need to deliver better reports to gain clients’ trust
- Tie in less inventory to less sales-focused traffic
Talk about service/parts
- How it’s calculated
Drive to call = high bounce rate
- Like bounce = low could be good
- Same thing
- What about repeat visitors that convert on later visits?
- Doesn’t mean squat
- Maybe important, but not as report content
- Doesn’t tie to bottom line
Rank trackers aren’t accurate, don’t reflect real world location/proximity signals
Diff users see diff results
- Grid searches too
Good for internal use, too confusing for clients
- Client spent $$$ for your solution – report needs to show that was well spent
- No proof of roi
- Almost as bad as rankings only
Doesn’t speak to anything with organic results or what people do on your site
- This means nothing
