Your Rights and Benefits as a Member
• The 3-month trial membership is a one-time deal. Upon expiration, you can upgrade your member
status via other membership plans to continue enjoying membership benefits. If you did not use up
your quota of 3 meetup opportunities within 3 months, they will expire along with your trial
membership
• All membership prices are in NT dollars excluding tax. Regardless of the type of membership, when you
run out of FPs and need to recharge, the minimum amount is NT$10,000 (w/o TAX). You can choose to
upgrade your membership plan, and use whenever you like it
• We hope that you can continue to take part in community activities to ensure personal growth. If your
FP has not been used for 2 years, they will be reduced to 0 automatically. However, you can still take
part in our community’s online discussion and receive our e-newsletters
• As the money from membership dues goes into supporting our day-to-day operations, no refund will be
available if you cancel your membership. Membership is not transferable
• Many of our membership privileges can be evoked by spending FPs. However, these points do not
cover expenses in terms of meals, transportation, and administrative costs on both sides
• Green Impact Academy reserves the right to adjust membership benefits and have the final

• The Green Entrepreneur Community is a self-governing entity. As long as you’ve cleared the review
conducted by the specific group’s forum monitor, you can participate in online discussion and post
articles without having to pay membership dues. However, the content of discussions need to be
relevant to green industries, and the forum monitors have the ultimate right in interpreting and
deleting posts and threads
• Please adopt a positive and open attitude when taking part in online discussions. Be confident in
expressing your views, listen to what others have to say, and be tolerant to any possibility. Regarding
other people’s opinions, try not to pass judgement at the first moment. I know that this may be
challenging, because our brain cannot refuse the natural instinct of categorizing and labeling things.
• You are responsible for anything you post or say in the online community groups. We all know who you
are. The price of democracy is everyone has to function with restraint. If you are too extreme with your
sayings or actions, we’ll kick you out, because we don’t want you wasting our time
• You need to keep honest and truthful if you want to take on more responsibilities in the community
