Abhishek dreams of taking a 15-day motorcycle trip from Delhi to Ladakh with friends, traveling through the Kullu Valley, Ladakh, and ending in Agra to visit the Taj Mahal. The proposed route would take them from Delhi to Kullu by bus or train to rent motorcycles, then through Manali and the Rohtang Pass to Jispa, Sarchu, Tso Moriri lake, and finally to Leh over 8 days. After spending a day in Leh, they would continue to Nubra Valley via Khardung La, then Pangong Tso lake before returning to Leh and traveling through Jisola Pass to Kullu. From Kullu
2. My Dream?
“Travelling to Ladakh on a rented Motorcycle(Royal Enfield
500CC Classic) with friends and capping it off by visiting Taj
Mahal” travelling via “Highway to Heaven” and ending at “The
best Jewel of Art in India”(15-day trip).
Motorbiking in Leh Ladakh is my ultimate
Dream.
There is nothing that compares
to the echoes of Enfield bullet's
regular, pleasing firing as you ride through
a cold desert plain, surrounded by
rocky mountains.
4. Why Ladakh?
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods
There is a rapture on the lonely shore
There is society, where none intrudes
By the deep sea, and music in its roar
I love not man the less, but Nature more...
5. Why Agra after Ladakh?
Love, History, Beauty
Taj is not a piece of architecture,
as other buildings are,
but the proud passions of an emperor’s love
wrought in living stones
Greatest Testament of Love on the face of earth
Transition: “Organized” “Wild” “Order”

10. Why is this important?
When we are in college we make huge promises of always
keeping in touch(watching Manchester United thrash Arsenal
together on a home theatre sitting on bean bags gulping beer)
and then when you are in job you realize how impossible those
dreams are, How you always live alone with the feeling of living
another day not talking to friends, How countless plans to party
together keep getting cancelled for one reason or the other. And
then suddenly you stop missing your friends. Alas!!!
I would like trip to be something we can cherish for our entire
lives. Maybe we can even do a ZNMD, our “Zindagi Na Milegi
Dubara”.
