Godfrey is graduate in Bachelor of Commerce and Management, (B.Com, Marketing) (Hons) (1991), University of Dar es Salaam; and qualified for CPA (T) in 1994.He is currently an Associate Certified Public Accountant registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) since 1999, and a member of Certified Internal Auditors Institute of USA. He is the founder and the first President of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Tanzania chapter and sits on the Board of Governors of the Institute.
