Glen Gonzalez leads TJG Capital, a private investment trust he formed in June 2013. Prior to forming TJG Capital, Gonzalez was the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of The Tierra Companies, which Gonzalez established in 2010, roughly four years after purchasing the Tierra Pipeline assets from the El Paso Corporation. Under Gonzalez’s guidance, Tierra became a leading provider of crude oil trucking, marketing, logistics and pipeline infrastructures within the Eagle Ford Shale. Gonzalez positioned the businesses for their ultimate sale to TexStar Midstream, leveraging the strengths of each business and launching them to new levels within the midstream energy service sector.
