- Who uses it?Why use it for teaching?A lot of teachers fail to see the educational value of web 2.0 tools. Why? Because probably there isn’t one to begin with.These tools were not made for educating people. They were made for having fun!So why should we use them for teaching? Because if we use what young people use for fun, we may trick them into learning something.However, we need to plan carefully how to integrate these tools into our existing pedagogy.Just because these tools are not educational, does not mean that we can’t use them for educational purposes.That’s the goal of this CoP.
