These are the user stories for the Earlystimulus App I designed together with Tamooz's team. The goal was to give general guidelines for the development team, in order to make sure we are in line with user needs.

Goes to Log In
Opens an account with the system
Assessing his patient
Yossi is opening his saved link to the system
He sees the home page (He is in logged In state)
Yossi is clicking “Asses your Patient”
He is going throw the questions in stage 1 with the patient

2. Clicking the “Proceed” Button
He is going throw the questions in stage 2 with the patient
Clicking the “Show recommendations” Button
Viewing the recommendations and discussing them with the patient
The patient is eligible for DBS treatment
She would like to hear more
Yossi is switching to “Patient Education”
Showing the patient some information about DBS
Yosi is going to “Patient Education”
He is looking for a brochure to show his patient about the DBS Treatment
He finds something under “Reading material for your patient”
Turns the iPad towards the patient and opens the file
They discuss with each other while going throw the brochure
The patient is cooperative but would like some more info in order to compare
alternative treatments and understand more about the side effects
Yosi says: “No problem!”
He downloads the appropriate articles and sends them to Sara, his patient
Viewing referral statistics
Yosi is curius about how many patients where referred
Yossi is opening his saved link to the system
He sees the home page (He is in logged In state)
Takes a look at “Your referral statistics”
Wow! 159 Strongly recommended! Only 40 where operated this year… What
happened?
He is writing himself a note on Outlook to do a follow up on those patients
He downloads the Excel file
A week later he is telling his personal assistant to call all the necessary patients
Looking for new articles
Yosi has finished a session with Sara, one of his patients
Now he sees a bell sign on the “Clinical News” section
He must see whats new
Goes to “Clinical News” section
He sees a bell sign on the “Major Outcome Studies” section
He opens the section and reads the article

3. His Calendar is alerting him. He has to go to the OR very soon.
