3. Qualification Information
1. Relevant Experience
The bidder must posses some relevant experience in similar projects. Qualification
Information must include similar projects, monetary value of the past project, duration
of the past project and company registration with IPA (Current) and have valid
Certificate of Compliance (CoC) with IRC and GST Registered.
2. Past Performance
The bidder will be assessed basing on the past projects. The main areas of assessment
will be on Quality of Works undertook, Final Cost, Contract Duration Completion Date
and Safety Record in the past projects. The bidder must provide such information
during the time of bid.
3. Management & Technical Skills
The bidder must also provide in the bid document the Technical Expertise
(Organizational Chart) and Project Management Tools (How to manage the project)
and Quality Systems that will make the project “Value for Money”. The bidder must
NOT have any Affiliation to DoW nor its staff or any officer that is employed by
Department of Works. Any Affiliation with DoW will deem the bid null and void and will
be forfeited outright.

4. Qualification Information
4. Recourses
The bidder must posses required Plant and Equipment to bid for the project. If the
bidder will hire equipment from other party, it must be stated in the bid. The
resources may include Trade Skills of Technical Personnel (Manpower), Company's
established Facilities (Site office) and most of all Financial Capacity. The bidder
must guarantee in its bid that it has enough financial recourses that is required to
start and finish the project.
5. Methodology
The bidder must also provide in its bid information the method of construction it
will undertake in line to the provided scope of works. It must also state clear during
the bid the use of Subcontractors in any works included in the bid. Reporting of
works is very important and must be stated in the bid document the mode and
method of reporting. Submitted bid document must be able to demonstrate the
Current Workload the company has on hand and the progress of each project. In
addition, the bidder must provide the Tentative Works Program to show how the
bidder intents to plan and execute the works according to the contract period
stated. The program is tentative only and Microsoft Excel or Project Software are
most preferred.
