 Mission: - Co-Ignition: change the shape of recruitment to better
support companies wanting to employ new staff
- Platform People: offer a very specialist, high standard
consultancy/recruitment service to major
financial services organisations.
 Main Activities: - Co-Ignition: Platform development and promotion,
marketing, database creation of employers
and recruiters, market research, meetings
- Platform People: client pipeline creation, CV parsing
industry research, marketing activity, social
network, phone enquiries

 Co-Ignition: Market Researcher (2 months)
Tasks: - online research (employers and recruiters)
- job board applications (Captain Co-Ignition)
- data collection (spreadsheets, marketing campaign)
- telemarketing and email marketing
- marketing meetings (brainstorming, sum up)
 Platform People: Candidates Screening (1 month)
Tasks: - online research (candidates)
- intranet database building
- applicants sum up spreadsheet

- Working environment has a totally different perspective than university,
practical experience in running a business gives individual abilities that
could not be studied

 Make the marketing activity more varied to increase awareness and
interest on the product
 Try different kind of approaches to get clients’ attention
 Train all staff members on both Co-Ignition and Platform People, so they
can be movable in case of necessity and everybody can learn
transferrable skills
 Increase staff numbers by 1 or 2 units to attain more extensive results
and more rapid growth
 Call staff meetings more frequently for more face-to-face interaction,
ideas collection/implementation and results summary (especially Co-
Ignition)
Proposals and Recommendations
 Platform People is a healthy business and Co-Ignition team
has many good ideas for its future development
 The results obtained during my internship have been
outstanding and my personal growth has been remarkable
 It has been an experience which I would do again
