  1. Why let you see all this? Competences of a professional? These two weeks is about becoming more a professional. We have different cultures We have different ideas about education But we have to work together. These two weeks is about learning from each other! There for we need to understand each other. Have to move in our beliefs, make appointments how to work together….
  2. Understanding the choosing model. Why a working method (see dia before). What’s asked from all of us: creating discussing, don’t just follow statements. Form opinion about subjects. Building up evidence (EBP) Waarnemen interpreteren en toepassen
  3. Discussion about the element. Probably everybody is sitting in a safe environment with students of there own group. How is the feeling about the text before? Do we need integration? Creating new groups?
  4. Elements? On which information is learning bases. Before perception: it’s about the binoculars on your face with its one personal focus. Pattern diagnosing. Values as religion, Perception: the taste of same food during vacation is al lot better and the characterize information of the observer. First impression after perception: Interpretation: during time, knowledge, reading about, the interpretation is subjected to all kinds of input
  5. It’s about excepting the model by being part in creation. As group you had to discuss for over 20 minutes. How did it work? Was it effective? What was the outcome? Who was in control? Was there control? Was there a method?
  6. 15 minutes. Outcome: feelings ideas bridges to built. Explain each other what you think is difficult to do. Staying in the mist or tide over a canyon. It doesn’t matter that it’s a small weak bridge and it doesn’t matter that we will pass slow by donkeys. It’s about passing together.
  7. Give each other feedback about the performance during the three assignments.
