• For Penske, Genpact established a Global Shared Services
platform in India and Mexico based on a Virtual Captive
model. This model supports 700+ employees working on
39 logistics processes in 700+ client locations across North
America. In addition to delivering cost and transaction
productivity, Genpact has delivered US$80 million in savings
for Penske across Order-to-Cash, Record-to Report, and
Logistics Supply Chain areas
• Genpact partnered with a leading global package and
logistics provider to streamline and consolidate its global
F&A and Order-to-Cash processes. Processes running across
11 APAC countries were consolidated into a single location
in China, and 20 disparate locations in the Americas were
consolidated in one location in Guatemala, resulting in a
25% improvement in productivity. Additionally, follow-up call
requests dropped by as much as 50%, and billing accuracy
improved to 99.02%, driving a 13% reduction in DSO and an
