-(E).-
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of
section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 (1' of 2018), the Central
Government hereby appoints the 6f February, 2018 as the date on which the
following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely :-
